Individual Therapy

In our sessions, we will work together to develop coping strategies, set personal goals, and build resilience, all in a non-judgmental and confidential environment. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you discover insights, find clarity, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, brainspotting, and trauma-informed practices, among others.
